Logging into Zoom

Desktop Client
All managed laptops and desktops have the Zoom desktop client pre-installed.
- Click on the start button, then type "zoom":
- Click on the "best match" result, "Zoom". If you've previously signed in on this device Zoom may automatically sign in. If it doesn't, choose the Sign In option:
- Choose the "Sign In with SSO" button:
- The SSO domain is "leadingagemn". Enter this if necessary, then click on Continue:
- If a window opens prompting for your username/password*, your username will be your email address. Your password will be the same as you use to log into your computer and email.
- * on non-managed devices this will open in your default web browser.
- If the login prompt opened in your web browser, after successful sign in a page like this will display:
- Click on Launch Zoom, then click Open Zoom Meetings on the popup that opens:
- You should now be signed into the Zoom desktop client. This window may be closed an you'll remain signed in until you sign out or sign in on a different device:
Mobile Client
Please install the mobile client from your device's app store.

- Launch the Zoom app
- From the welcome screen touch Sign in
- On the Sign In screen, select SSO
- You'll be prompted to enter the company domain, it will be "leadingagemn". Select Continue.
- Enter your username (usually your email address), then touch Next
- Enter your password (the same that you'd use to log into your computer or email), then touch Sign in
- You should be automatically returned to the Zoom app, signed in.
