Frequently Asked Question

Once you have been notified that a license for Foxit PDF Editor has been assigned to you the product can be activated using the following instructions.

• Launch Foxit PDF Editor
  
  
• Click the Activate button
  
  
• Click the Sign In button under Subscription
  
• Click on SSO Login
  
• Enter your email address, then click on "Login"
  
• If prompted for your password you will enter the same password used to log into your computer.
• There should be a single organization listed, select it
  
• Click OK to restart Foxit PDF Editor
  
• Foxit PDF Editor should now start up as a licensed product.  If you receive a message that your account is not authorized to use Foxit PDF Editor please contact support for assistance.
